The Supervisory Support (Arrears) team is responsible for completing welcome calls with new customers and managing any cases that are in arrears. Each team member has an allocated caseload to enable client relationships to be established. The Supervisory Support (Arrears) team is responsible for the following activities: Completing a Welcome Call with clients who have had an IVA approved to explain what they are to expect over the lifetime of the IVA Contacting clients who have had a card payment declined through telephone calls and emails. Setting up recurring card payments Amending payment schedules for existing clients Answering client inbound calls Answering client emails Where a client is in breach of their IVA agreement issuing the relevant documents and managing the case until the breach is remedied or the case is terminated Completion of ad hoc administration tasks as required to support the Senior Insolvency Manager or the department Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics Confident telephone skills Excellent attention to detail Accurate and professional when corresponding with clients Efficient with an ability to multi-task Strong customer service skills Highly computer literate Ability and desire to work as part of a team, as well as being a first class independent worker Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions Willingness to do what needs to be done to ensure a smooth client journey and the success of the team. Ability to be flexible dependent upon the demands of the business You will work to KPI s covering fundamental aspects of the role to ensure your productivity is at the required level to fulfil company requirements You will work an average of 40 hours a week over a 4-week rotation. The team currently operates between the hours of 8 - 7 from Monday to Friday and 9 3.30 on Saturdays. The shifts are scheduled depending on the peak collection days. You would work on a shift rotation which includes the following: 8 to 7 8/8.30 to 4 30/11 to 7
