Based in Trafford Park, Manchester, the Head of Resourcing is accountable for leading the resourcing department and the business at large in all of its resourcing functions, inclusive of team leadership, sourcing strategy development and execution, forecasting and reporting, programme design and implementation, process adherence and governance, and resourcing goal development and achievement. Leadership: The Head of Resourcing will lead the recruitment team, overseeing the execution of all activities. In this position, the Head of Resourcing oversees the business's overall resourcing mission, vision, and long-term strategy Collaboration: The role holder plays a highly collaborative role guiding and working closely with the senior recruiting management and Human Resources senior team to deliver internal and external recruitment and selection to provide a pipeline of talent, supporting the Head of Learning and Development to drive the succession and career path/career planning agenda. Knowledge: The Head of Resourcing is accountable for providing direction and consultation to the business on sector and business intelligence, emerging trends and best practices that impact and influence acquisition and attraction within key talent segments The Head of Resourcing ensures that all of the business's resourcing practices comply with the applicable regulations and standards, both internal and external. Analytics: The successful candidate will own the analytical deliverables that link our financial and commercial assumptions and commitments with on-going reporting after tracking the results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the current resourcing strategies. They will be accountable for the provision of accurate forecasts, risk based predictions and weekly status reporting to the executive team and the customer. Other Duties: The role holder will perform similar duties as are deemed fit and reasonable as requested by the HRD. Relationships: GEOAmey Executive Team Members Key Stakeholders Support Function Teams Operational Management Team Employees Essential requirments: L5 CIPD, Institute of Recruitment P or relevant equivalent qualifications. The role holder must have significant and demonstrable expertise in resourcing as a senior recruiter in a highly competitive and dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills will be critical in facilitating smooth communications with potential hires and talents in the market, being able to convince high-quality candidates and hiring them into the business. A suitable candidate for this will also demonstrate competence with ATS systems, MS office, necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging recruitment materials for candidates (in conjunction with the communications team), reports for the Executives, and key stakeholders. Proficiency with the workings of electronic recruitment routes ( Linkedin, Job boards, Website, Social Media) to leverage to the optimum.
